How to enter?
- Book onto the competition here.
- In September all resources you need to run this competition will be sent to you.
- Complete the competition at your school.
- All results must be returned to Carrie by Friday 23rd October, in the format provided.

Purpose of Event
To encourage as much participation for all children in sporting challenges as possible. To establish winning teams for the Castle Point and Rochford SSP to represent our area in the Essex wide county virtual finals.

Age Group
• KS1
• Years 3/4
• Years 5/6
• Small Schools – 1 form entry

Format
• Schools to conduct the competition at their own school and record results.
• As many children within the school can take part.
• Results must be recorded on the paperwork provided and submitted by the deadline date.
• Once a winning school has been announced one of the SSP team will film the winning team/s and submit these results to the County.

5 Best Boy Scores – submitted for each event / Age category
5 Best Girl Scores – submitted for each event / Age category

• Shuttle Run 10 metres x 10 (Yrs 3/4 & Yrs 5/6) & 6 metres x 10 (KS1)
• Chest Push – Basketball size 4
• Speed Bounce – 20 seconds
• Standing Long Jump
• Vertical Jump
